Job summary

Edelman is seeking an Assistant Producer to support integrated production across internal agency initiatives and client work. You will collaborate closely with the EP, the internal production studio, and creatives, driving planning, organization, and execution.

You will help organize resources, track timelines, and ensure smooth communication across teams. The role emphasizes teamwork, initiative, and a hands-on approach to learn production across film, social and experiential formats.

Responsibilities

• Support producers and assist with production tasks.

• Quality control decks and outward-facing communications.
• Coordinate calendars, budgets, notes and timelines.
• Collaborate with creatives, vendors, and internal studio on projects.
