Qualifications

• 1-3 years producing video, audio, experiences, or post for agency or production company.
• Strong interpersonal, analytical, negotiating, decision-making and conflict resolution skills.
• Supremely detail oriented with the capacity to multi-task and handle priorities.

Responsibilities

• Support producers on production tasks and timelines.
• Organize director reels and photographer links as requested by lead producer.
• Lead communication between creatives, production partner vendors, and internal studio.
• Coordinate meetings, production notes, hot sheets, status reports, task lists, and deadlines.
