Responsibilities

• Promotes excellent customer relations by instilling positive customer focused behavior with associates.
• Takes customer orders over the phone or in person at the store with a pleasant attitude and ensures timely production.
• Assists Produce Manager in day-to-day operations including merchandising, ad execution, and associate engagement.
• Oversees department inventories, tracks sales, and ensures accurate product availability and pricing.
• Maintains backroom and receiving area organization and adheres to safety and health guidelines.
