You will help ensure product quality, inventory accuracy, and adherence to company standards while supervising staff and driving daily operations to boost sales and customer satisfaction.

The role emphasizes maintaining freshness, coordinating with receiving, and contributing to merchandising efforts in a warehouse/retail setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in produce, grocery, retail, or warehouse operations.
• Strong knowledge of product handling, rotation, and stock management.
• Ability to identify product quality issues and maintain freshness.
• Experience in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations of the produce department to ensure product availability, quality, and presentation.
• Assist in maintaining accurate inventory levels through stock control and rotation.
• Ensure all produce is handled, stored, and displayed according to safety standards.
• Monitor product quality and freshness, removing unsellable items as needed.
• Supervise and support department staff to ensure adherence to procedures and standards.
• Assist with merchandising, signage, and product displays to maintain an organized department.
