You will supervise department staff, assist with merchandising, and maintain fresh, well-presented inventory while coordinating with receiving and safety protocols to drive sales and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily operations of the produce department to ensure product availability, quality, and presentation
• Assist in maintaining accurate inventory levels through proper stock control and product rotation
• Ensure all produce is handled, stored, and displayed in accordance with company and food safety standards

Work Environment / Expectations

Primarily warehouse or retail environment with temperature-controlled areas. Requires standing, walking, and handling products for extended periods. May require schedule flexibility based on department needs.
