Responsibilities include daily operations, stock control, signage, receiving quality, and enforcing food safety standards while keeping the department organized and clean.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in produce, grocery, retail, or warehouse operations.
• Strong understanding of product handling, rotation, and stock management.
• Ability to identify product quality issues and maintain freshness standards.
• Experience in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar tools.

Work Environment / Expectations

Primarily warehouse or retail environment with temperature-controlled areas. Requires standing, walking, and handling products for extended periods. May require schedule flexibility based on department needs.
