Responsibilities

• Coaching, training, and development of teammates and associates.
• Conduct daily/weekly orders of merchandise and product; ensure proper storage and organization in storage coolers.
• Organize and account for product invoices to control purchasing.
• Assist with monthly inventories to measure profitability of the department.
• Ensure product quality meets company standards and food code requirements.
• Assist guests with finding products and answering questions promptly and respectfully.
• Help with planning and set up of events that drive traffic to the department.
• Write weekly team schedules in the absence of the department leader.
• Manage replenishment to maintain quality and freshness and reduce shrink.
• Maintain logs, reports, and tracking per company standards.
• Follow safety and sanitation standards set by the company and food code.
