Trig's is seeking a Full Time Produce Associate to join our team in the Northern Wisconsin region. You will unload and stock produce, keep displays fresh, and assist guests in finding items with friendly service.

Responsibilities include labeling, inventory organization, sanitation compliance, and participation in monthly counts. This role offers a path to growth within a community-focused grocery environment.

• Maintain proper stock levels, freshness, and cleanliness in department by following company rotation and quality standards.
• Cut, wrap, and label products for guests.
• Ensure all backstop inventory is organized, dated appropriately, and sorted in prep rooms, coolers, and other storage areas to ensure cleanliness and an easier ordering foundation.
• Follow all sanitation, cleaning, and food safety standards.
• Assist in conducting monthly inventories.
• Help guests find items that they are looking for in all areas of the store.
