Job summary

Zeta Charter Schools is seeking an Assistant Principal of Specialty to lead and elevate Specialty programming across NYC non-specified campuses. You will build a joyful, rigorous culture, coach diverse teachers, and drive engagement and excellence for students' growth.

The role emphasizes data-driven leadership, equitable access, and collaboration with the Principal and school leadership to scale high-quality specialty instruction across NYC schools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1 year minimum leading, coaching, and developing educators across multiple disciplines.
• 2 years minimum classroom teaching experience.
• Clear vision for excellence in Specialty instruction and community engagement.
• Ability to develop people and build high-performing teams.
