Qualifications

• Experience in student instruction and program development is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Assist the principal in establishing a positive learning climate and school administration.
• Act as principal in their absence and support scheduling and program implementation.
• Monitor student behavior and discipline with adherence to due process and CSUSA policy.
• Support HR processes, recruiting, onboarding, and staff evaluations as needed.
• Promote two-way communication with staff, students, and the community to strengthen the educational program.
