Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist the principal with administration and operation of the school facility.
• Supervise instructional activities and contribute to student attendance goals.
• Develop and reinforce a sound discipline process per district policies.
• Supervise staff and ensure alignment with collective bargaining agreements.
• Promote positive public relations for the school and students.
• Assist in developing master schedule and explore scheduling methods.
• Foster inclusive climate supporting high student expectations and diverse learning styles.
• Coordinate day-to-day operations with departments and administrators.
• Communicate with academic and counseling staff regarding students.
• Support services for students with special needs in collaboration with SPED.
• Work with principal to implement educational concepts under Massachusetts Core Learning.
• Oversee utilization of textbooks and resources with department heads.
