• Collaborate with SAC/SAF to set school goals and monitor progress.
• Lead data analysis to improve instruction and curricular alignment with state standards.
• Recruit, develop, and evaluate a diverse faculty and staff.
• Provide timely feedback and professional development for staff.
• Monitor initiatives such as accreditation and district-wide quality improvements.
