You will supervise and coach Interventionists and teachers, conduct classroom observations, and implement RTI and case management to raise academic and behavioral outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited four-year educational institution.
• Certification in teaching/instruction.
• Master’s Degree from an accredited educational institution.
• Bilingual (Spanish) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Managing the progress toward increased student achievement for a cohort of teachers, including helping teachers use assessment data to improve instruction.
• Coaching campus Interventionists and leaders responsible for tiered instruction.
• Observing and evaluating teachers through classroom observations and coaching.
• Plan and implement steps to establish a strong academic mindset and achieve results for all students.
• Lead professional learning opportunities for campus teachers and staff.
• Oversee campus testing responsibilities with accuracy and fidelity.
• Provide leadership and resources on culture, student discipline, and student achievement.
