• Experience working with young children in a classroom, childcare, or similar setting preferred.
• Ability to maintain a safe, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment for diverse learners.
• Reliability, patience, and a collaborative mindset, with willingness to follow center policies and procedures.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional coursework or certification in early childhood education is beneficial.
• Capacity to meet physical demands of the role, including supervising and diaper changing.

Role Description

The Assistant Preschool Teacher is a part-time, on-site role based in Austin, TX.
