Job summary

The Learning Experience in Florida is seeking an Assistant Preschool Teacher to join our team. This entry-level role focuses on helping children learn, play, grow, and thrive in a joyful classroom environment.

You will partner with other teachers to implement our curriculum, maintain safety standards, and communicate with families about your child’s progress through apps and conversations. We offer training, tuition reimbursement, and a path for growth.

Qualifications

• Have a genuine passion for the education and care of children.
• High school diploma or GED; ECE coursework preferred.
• At least 6 months of experience in Early Childhood Education.

Responsibilities

• Partner with other preschool teachers to implement our curriculum and engage children.
• Maintain quality compliance and health and safety standards in daycare classrooms and programs.
• Collaborate with peers to create a welcoming and engaging daycare space for children.

As an Assistant Preschool Teacher, you will:
