The Learning Experience is seeking a passionate Lead Preschool Teacher to join our team. In this role, you will create a welcoming, engaging classroom space for young children to learn, play, and grow, leveraging our proprietary LEAP Curriculum®.

• Implement our proprietary LEAP Curriculum®, working with Infants, Toddlers, or Preschool children in a way that is consistent with the unique needs of each child.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Communicate regularly with parents, sharing their children's latest adventures and achievements through various avenues, including mobile apps and personal discussions.
• Partner with the daycare center staff and leadership to achieve enrollment and engagement goals to support the center's success.
• Build relationships with families and coworkers and create a dynamic environment where play and learning happen seamlessly.

Compensation: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
