The Learning Experience is seeking an Assistant Preschool Teacher to join our team. This is an entry-level position in New Jersey, offering a pathway to growth within a supportive franchise environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; ECE coursework preferred.
• Must meet any applicable state licensing requirements for the role.
• Passion for education and working with children.

Responsibilities

• Partner with other teachers to implement our proprietary curriculum and engage children with our characters.
• Maintain quality compliance and health and safety standards in classrooms.
• Collaborate with peers to create a welcoming and engaging space for children.
• Communicate with parents and families about their child's progress via apps and discussions.

As an Assistant Teacher, you will
