In this role, you will report to the Director of Operations and Practice Manager, helping to oversee the business and patient care support functions for Encino Specialty Care suites.

You will be responsible for:

1. Staff communications
2. The call center and patient access
3. Administrative and financial analysis
4. Care coordination of clinical services and communication
5. Space management
6. Clinical outcomes, quality and safety reporting
7. Revenue cycle management
8. Policy development and deployment

You will work with the Lead Physician, operation clinic leads/supervisors, Medical Director, and Director of Operations to assure an overall effective operation of the clinic.

Salary Range: $68,800 – $141,000/annually
