Hormel Foods is seeking an Assistant Farm Manager to support the Grow Out operation in Minnesota. You will assist in planning, directing, and supervising farm activities to maximize productivity and profitability.

This role emphasizes record-keeping, training, and adherence to safety and biosecurity policies. Successful candidates will help manage flocks, coordinate feed and maintenance, and ensure environmental and welfare standards are met.

Responsibilities

• Assist Farm Manager in planning, directing and supervising Grow/ Brood farm activities.
• Help maximize livability and turkey performance through proper biosecurity and welfare practices.
• Maintain schedules, records, and inventories; monitor environmental conditions.
• Coordinate feed scheduling and timely orders; support safety audits and policy compliance.
• Train employees and support supervision through effective communication.
