Production Supervisor with tagged spots, asset management, and delivery across multiple versions and timelines. You will work in a hybrid setting with on-site days Tue–Thu, coordinating tagging information and approvals, and ensuring editors have everything needed to move work efficiently while

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in production, post production or a creative agency environment.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deliverables at once.
• Familiarity with post production workflows and deliverables.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the production and delivery of high‑volume tagged TV and radio spots across multiple markets.
• Manage and organize assets including graphics, VO, legal copy and dealer-specific information.
• Maintain trackers for versions, status and deliverables.
• Ensure editors have the assets and information needed to execute efficiently.
• Partner with account teams to gather and organize tagging information, assets and approvals needed for execution.
• Assist with QC by reviewing deliverables for accuracy.
• Support exports and delivery across broadcast, radio and digital platforms.
• Organize and maintain project files, assets and archives.
• Assist Sr. Production Supervisor as needed.
