Assistant PM / Junior PM, New York, NY

c$80,000 up to c$120,000 + Benefits & Comp

A leading name within the high-end residential construction and development space in NYC is actively looking to attract to the team support entry level PMs.

The established and well-respected firm would like to meet with Assistant PM / Junior PMs with a minimum of 2 years up to 5 years of relevant experience gained from working in the high-end residential space.

We anticipate profiles of relevance will currently work in the industry and have picked up some highly transferable skills and knowledge and be looking to make a transition up the ladder to their next employer. Preference will lean towards those who have studied and obtained a relevant degree within a subject such as construction management or similar.

Please note due to the project we are strictly only open to considering candidates with current high-end residential experience.

Projects range in value across the city and beyond in prestige areas, working on ground up to high end refurb and finishes.
