Heron Wolf in New York City is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to join an established CRE owner and developer. You will help drive commercial construction projects from planning through delivery and close-out, working closely with the Project Manager and internal/external teams.

The role requires strong organization, commercial awareness and the ability to balance multiple priorities while communicating clearly with stakeholders and escalating when needed.

$80k – $120k Base | Assistant Project Manager | Commercial Construction | NYC

• Commercial construction and capital project exposure across NYC
• Work alongside an experienced in-house project management team

We see this suiting someone with experience across commercial real estate and construction who is ready to broaden their exposure and take on more responsibility within an in-house project management environment.

You’ll be joining an established CRE owner & developer with a strong New York presence and a dedicated project management platform, working closely with the Project Manager and wider internal and external teams.

The role will give you hands-on involvement across multiple stages of delivery, including project planning, cost tracking, contracts, change management, stakeholder coordination, reporting and close-out. You’ll help keep projects organized, make sure key actions are moving forward and support the team in identifying issues before they become bigger problems.
