Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field; equivalent industry experience will be considered.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lead material procurement process from vendor coordination to delivery.
• Manage submittal log and ensure documents are filed appropriately.
• Compose and issue RFIs to the design team; track responses.
• Conduct jobsite safety walks and assist in project meetings.
• Coordinate project closeout and manage punch list.
• Verify subcontractor billings and manage contract requests.
• Maintain and distribute meeting minutes and action items.
• Understand contract requirements and oversee compliance.
