Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing, warehousing, distribution, or logistics.
• Prior forklift operations experience is required.
• P&L and budgeting experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to train people and motivate a team.
• Familiarity with OSHA and DOT regulations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day plant operations and production schedules.
• Ensure health, safety, and environmental compliance for all staff.
• Lead frontline managers and support staff development.
• Collaborate with Plant Manager on cost control and process improvements.
