We're hiring a hands‑on Assistant Plant Manager to help lead day‑to‑day manufacturing operations at our Chandler, Arizona production facility. This is a floor‑first leadership role for someone who thrives on solving problems in real time, building strong production teams, and driving measurable improvements in safety, quality, throughput, and cost. You'll partner directly with the Plant Manager to set the production schedule, manage a team of 80+ associates through subordinate supervisors and leads, and turn KPI data into action across the shop floor.
This is a high‑visibility leadership role with a direct line to plant performance and real influence over how the facility runs. You'll work alongside an experienced Plant Manager and executive team who value hands‑on leadership, data‑driven decisions, and people who build trust by working side‑by‑side with their teams.
