Heidelberg Materials North America is seeking a results-driven leader to oversee the Gordon, Texas quarry operations. You will drive efficiency and productivity while meeting environmental and company standards.

Oversee daily operations of the rock quarry in Gordon, Texas to ensure efficiency and productivity.
Achieve a production volume of 1.2 million tons per year while ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and company policies.
Implement and monitor safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
Coordinate with various departments to optimize production and meet quality standards.
Manage inventory and ensure timely delivery of materials.
Lead and develop a team to achieve operational goals and continuous improvement.

Qualification Requirements
Background in aggregates or building materials
Five years of aggregates operations management experience.

Exposure to outdoor elements and varying weather conditions.

$85,000-$95,000 base salary and participation in our annual incentive plan.
