Job summary

Triangle Suspension Systems, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Plant Manager to support the Plant Manager in daily manufacturing operations, production efficiency, and quality control while upholding safety standards.

You will supervise staff, promote a positive work environment, lead Lean Improvement projects, and coordinate with Lean teams to drive short- and long-term site goals. ERP proficiency and ISO-aligned processes are essential to maintain quality and schedule adherence.

Qualifications

• Experience leading plant operations and driving continuous improvement.
• Strong knowledge of production planning and scheduling.
• Familiar with ISO quality systems and safety practices.

Assistant Plant Manager willalso help with staff supervision and promote a positive, productive work environment.1. Manages direct reports and operation of all departments and guides Team Leaders in the performance of theirduties.2. Maintains a personal presence in the facility regularly to respond to personnel problems and verify theeffectiveness of operational strategies.3. Leads Lean Improvement projects and acts and the liaison between Lean Improvement personnel and theirrespective groups.4. Collaborates with Plant Manager and sets strategic goals and visions for the site as well as short and longterm goals.5. Directs and manages the overall production plan for the operation, including supervising the day to dayoperations that come with implementation.7. Promotes continuous improvement of the process8. Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout all operations processes so that finished goods meetcustomer specifications and ensure maintenance of ISO compliance and standards.9.
