Job summary

Greven Executive Search is assisting a major food and beverage manufacturing organization in Michigan to recruit a senior operations leader who will oversee all plant activities for a large, complex site. The role is a key bench-strength position for future Plant Director opportunities, with 300+ employees under multiple departments reporting into this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience overseeing a large department or multiple departments within a food & beverage manufacturing environment.
• Strong people leadership and engagement skills, with experience coaching and developing managers and supervisors on the plant floor.
• Proven track record of delivering results across safety, quality, productivity, and cost in a manufacturing operation.
• Experience implementing Lean, TPM, Six Sigma, or similar continuous improvement programs within a food manufacturing environment.
