Qualifications
4-7 years of progressive experience in accounting, financial analysis, or FP&A.
Solid understanding of GAAP and financial reporting.
Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or operations-based industries strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
Assist with month-end and year-end close processes, including journal entries and reconciliations.
Prepare and review financial statements, ensuring GAAP compliance and accuracy.
Analyze operational and financial data to identify trends and cost-saving opportunities.
