Sea Colony is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Assistant Pickleball Professional to join our racquets team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a world class racquet sports program, work with a supportive leadership team, and help shape one of the fastest-growing sports in the country. You will deliver the ultimate pickleball experience by providing the highest quality instruction and customer service. This candidate will teach various pickleball programs to include adult and junior programs, lessons, special events and clinics.
Responsibilities include delivering engaging and instructional pickleball programming for players of all ages and skill levels, leading group clinics, beginner lessons, drill sessions, and social round robins, providing private and semi-private lessons, helping organize and execute pickleball events, leagues, and tournaments, fostering a welcoming and professional court culture, maintaining cleanliness and safety standards, working with the Director of Racquets to grow participation and elevate the member experience, assisting with junior pickleball camps as needed, and responding to member questions in a professional manner. The role requires safe work practices and regular attendance, with other duties as required.
Pay Rate: $15.00 + Commission

Shift: Primarily working day and evening hours during the week. Some weekend hours may be necessary for special events and camps.
