CR Fitness is seeking an Assistant Personal Training Manager for the Winter Garden Crunch Fitness club. You will drive personal training sales, lead a team of trainers, and ensure outstanding customer service while maximizing club revenue.

You will mentor staff, set coaching plans, and implement sales initiatives. This role offers career growth, leadership development, and high earning potential in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

Qualifications

• CPR Certification required.
• Nationally recognized personal training certification (NASM/ACE/NSCA etc.).
• Sales and leadership experience in a fitness or performance-driven environment.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Drive personal training sales through consultations, promotions, and client retention strategies.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of Personal Trainers.

Position Overview:

As an Assistant Personal Training Manager, you will play a key role in driving personal training sales, team performance, and client retention. You’ll be responsible for leading and motivating a team of Personal Trainers, ensuring outstanding customer service, and helping members achieve their fitness goals while maximizing revenue opportunities.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Total Compensation: $70,000–$100,000+ (Base + Commission + Bonus)
