Crunch Fitness CR Fitness Holdings, LLC is seeking an Assistant Personal Training Manager for the Winter Garden Club. You will drive personal training sales, lead a team of trainers, and deliver exceptional member service to help clients reach their fitness goals while maximizing revenue.

Qualifications

• CPR Certification required.
• Nationally recognized CPT certification (NASM, ACE, NSCA, etc.).
• Sales and leadership experience in a fitness or performance-driven environment.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.
• Ability to adapt, lead a team, and thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven setting.

Position Overview

As an Assistant Personal Training Manager, you will play a key role in driving personal training sales, team performance, and client retention. You’ll be responsible for leading and motivating a team of Personal Trainers, ensuring outstanding customer service, and helping members achieve their fitness goals while maximizing revenue opportunities.

Compensation & Benefits

• Total Compensation: $70,000–$100,000+ (Base + Commission + Bonus)
