You'll earn total compensation from $70,000 to $100,000+ (base + commission + bonus) with full benefits, a corporate growth track, and opportunities for leadership development and incentive-based rewards.

Qualifications

• Requires CPR certification.
• Nationally recognized personal training certification (NASM/ACE/NSCA, etc.).
• Sales and leadership experience in fitness or performance-driven environments.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.
• Ability to adapt and lead a team in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

Position Overview:

As an Assistant Personal Training Manager , you will play a key role in driving personal training sales, team performance, and client retention. You’ll be responsible for leading and motivating a team of Personal Trainers, ensuring outstanding customer service, and helping members achieve their fitness goals while maximizing revenue opportunities.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Total Compensation: $70,000–$100,000+ (Base + Commission + Bonus)
