Crunch, LLC is seeking an Assistant Personal Training Manager to drive personal training revenue, lead a team of trainers, and deliver exceptional member experiences. The role blends hands-on coaching with leadership, coaching on onboarding, client engagement, and performance tracking.

Responsibilities include onboarding new clients, delivering energetic intro sessions, supporting sales targets, developing trainers, and maintaining a high-quality training environment on the club floor.

Qualifications

• Experience as a personal trainer or fitness coaching role.
• Proven ability to drive results through client engagement and sales.
• Leadership mindset with ability to motivate and guide a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Client Onboarding & Engagement: Conduct weekly onboarding sessions; deliver high-energy introductory sessions; help new members set fitness goals and structured plans.
• Sales & Revenue Support: Generate PT revenue through consultations; identify client needs and propose 1-on-1, small group or specialty programs; support department targets.
• Team Leadership & Development: Lead by example; coach trainers on session delivery and client engagement; onboard and develop new trainers to standards.
• Member Experience: Deliver high-quality experience; maintain relationships; address member concerns; ensure a clean, professional training environment.
• Operations & Performance Tracking: Track sessions, new clients, and trainer productivity; ensure availability and follow-up; engage on club floor to support business performance.
