Harmony Science Academy Waco (Harmony School of Innovation) in Beverly Hills, Texas is seeking an Assistant Teacher (Assistant Coach) to support PE classes and instructional activities under direct supervision.

The role involves assisting with student goals, classroom management, supervising students, ARD/IEP paperwork prep, and differentiating instruction, with occasional evenings and travel. Immediate start; full-time at $17/hour; HS diploma or GED and experience with children preferred.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 48 college hours preferred.
• Experience with children preferred.
• Texas Educational Aide Certification preferred or able to obtain it.

Responsabilidades

• Assist teachers with student academic goals in small groups or one-on-one.
• Assist with classroom management and behavioral plans for a learning-friendly environment.
• Supervise students during breakfast, recess, lunch, dismissal, events and programs.
• Assist with ARD/IEP paperwork and data entry for special education reports.
