• Host a Grace Group and lead worship services.
• Teach Youth Group and coordinate retreats.

Job description

Roles and Responsibilities:

I. Adult Discipleship

• Preach: 5-10x sermons a year
• Teach
  • Adult Sunday School 10-20 mornings/year
  • Membership Class and Communicants Class
• Chair Christian Education Committee
• Host a Grace Group
• Lead Worship Services and administer the Sacraments

II. Youth Discipleship

• Teach Youth Group (30-40 Sundays/year)
• Coordinate Retreats, Outreach, and Fellowship Events
• Pursue Personal Discipleship
• Lead Youth Discipleship Team
• Send weekly communication to youth families

III. Provide administrative support to areas of oversight

IV. Other responsibilities as directed by the Senior Minister
