Fox Ford in Waynesburg, PA is seeking an Assistant Parts Manager to oversee our parts department and help keep the dealership running smoothly.

You'll lead daily operations, manage inventory, coordinate with service for parts, and provide excellent service to both retail customers and internal teams. This is a full-time, on-site role at a family-owned Ford dealership with a long history.

What You'll Do

• Oversee the daily operations of the parts department.
• Maintain appropriate inventory levels and ensure parts are available when needed.

• Assist customers and technicians with parts identification and availability.
• Build and maintain relationships with parts vendors and suppliers.
• Monitor inventory accuracy, special orders, returns, and departmental expenses.
• Help maintain an organized, efficient, and professional parts department.
• Provide excellent customer service to retail customers and internal departments.
• Identify opportunities to improve departmental efficiency and profitability.
• Lead by example and contribute to a positive, team-oriented workplace.
