Hessler Paint & Ace Hardware in Delray Beach, FL is seeking an experienced Color Matcher / Paint Specialist with a strong paint industry background. You will match colors, tint formulas, and prepare orders for contractors and customers in a fast-paced environment.

This is not an entry-level role; prior paint industry experience is required. The compensation is $21–$25 per hour, with benefits including health, dental, vision and a 401(k) plan.

• Previous paint industry experience is required.

• Ability to color match by eye is a major advantage.
• Knowledge of paint products, primers, coatings and application techniques.
• Benjamin Moore product knowledge strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

The Role

As our Color Matcher / Paint Specialist, you will:

Compensation

$21-$25 per hour, based on paint experience, product knowledge, and color-matching ability.
