Four Seasons Resort Scottsdale seeks an In Room Dining Server to deliver personalized food and beverage service directly to guests in their casitas and villas, upholding the luxury standards we are known for.

You will anticipate guest needs, describe menu items confidently, enter orders accurately, and coordinate with Culinary and other departments to ensure flawless presentation and memorable, high-touch experiences for our guests.

Qualifications

• Previous Food & Beverage experience required; luxury hotel or resort experience preferred.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, evenings, and peak periods.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones with courteous Four Seasons etiquette and accurately gather information for orders.
• Describe menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods confidently.
• Enter guest orders, special requests, allergies, and dietary restrictions accurately.
• Coordinate guest needs with Culinary and other resort departments.
• Deliver orders to guest rooms and villas with exceptional presentation and service.
• Verify orders for accuracy prior to delivery.

About the Role

Four Seasons Resort Scottsdale is seeking a In Room Dining Server to join our In-Casita Dining team and deliver exceptional dining experiences directly to our guests’ casitas and villas. This role is responsible for providing personalized food and beverage service, anticipating guest needs, and ensuring every order is delivered with accuracy, professionalism, and care. We are looking for a hospitality-focused individual who thrives in a luxury environment, enjoys creating memorable guest experiences, and takes pride in delivering world-class service.

What You Will Do

• Answer telephones using courteous and professional Four Seasons telephone etiquette while gathering all information necessary to accurately process guest orders.
• Demonstrate extensive knowledge of food and beverage offerings by confidently describing menu items, ingredients, preparation methods, and recommendations.
• Enter guest orders, special requests, allergies, and dietary restrictions into the point-of-sale system accurately and efficiently.
• Communicate guest needs and special requests effectively with Culinary and other resort departments.
• Deliver food, beverages, amenities, and special requests to guest rooms and villas while ensuring exceptional presentation and service standards.
• Verify all orders for accuracy prior to delivery.
• Greet guests professionally and provide engaging descriptions of menu items and amenities.
• Anticipate guest needs and create thoughtful, personalized experiences.
• Respond to tray retrieval requests within established service standards.
• Assist with the setup and breakdown of room service stations, tray setups, amenities, side stations, dishware, flatware, and service equipment.
• Support the department in maintaining cleanliness, organization, and operational readiness throughout each shift.
• Promote a positive team environment while supporting resort-wide service initiatives.

What You Bring

• Previous Food & Beverage experience required; luxury hotel or resort experience preferred.
• Strong guest service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to learn menu offerings and confidently describe food and beverage items to guests.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, evenings, and peak business periods.
• Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in the United States.
