The Department of Maternal & Child Health (MCH) in the Gillings School of Global Public Health at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill seeks to hire one Assistant Professor and Associate Professor tenure-track faculty member. MCH is an interdisciplinary field and spans traditional public health disciplines such as epidemiology, health policy, health behavior, along with practice-oriented approaches and content areas related to the health of women, children, adolescents, and related to sexual and reproductive health. Outstanding candidates will have expertise applying interdisciplinary methods to the study of health among many different populations. We are particularly interested in candidates whose work aligns with a broad view of MCH, complements implementation science and community-engaged research, and who bring expertise in applying technology-based approaches to improve health outcomes.
