Earned doctorate in Animal Science or a closely related field.
Experience in leadership, communication skills, and a strong research record. For Associate Professor rank, at least 5 years of experience at the Assistant level and evidence of emerging national stature are required. Candidates for tenure must have been tenured at a prior institution and possess a national reputation.
