AtWork Personnel in Arlington, TX is seeking an Assistant Operator – Cutting (Jogger) to support our production team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will prepare paper for cutting and ensure a steady flow of materials to the cutting operators.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED; 6 months to 1 year of manufacturing experience preferred; and the ability to follow instructions, work with a team, stay detail-oriented and safety-conscious in a busy setting.

• Maintain accurate cutting logs and production records.
• Empty and replace waste and recycling containers.
• Keep equipment and work areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE.
• Report workplace hazards, injuries, and safety concerns immediately.
• Assist coworkers and perform other duties as assigned.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 5:00 AM–1:00 PM
