Summary: The Assistant Operator handles packaging, labeling, blending, and material placement, assisting machine operators to ensure safe and efficient production.

Essential Duties:

• Follow Environmental Health & Safety policies, support safety initiatives, and perform safety audits.
• Ensure quality standards, stop production if safety or quality concerns arise.
• Manage material locations, handle labeling and packaging, and assist with shift changes.
• Maintain housekeeping and safety data sheet knowledge, weigh and blend materials, handle supersacks.
• Perform other duties as directed.

Physical Requirements:

• Stand/walk for up to 12 hours, lift/carry up to 50 lbs, bend, push, pull, and ascend/descend stairs repeatedly.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.

Schedule: 12-hour rotating shifts, day and night shifts.

Payrate: $22.47 - $22.68 per hour.
