Job description

Position: Assistant Operator I

Location: 60 Heritage Dr., Tiffin OH 44883

Pay: $17.99/hr plus $0.75 Shift Differential

Shift: 2nd shift 3pm-11pm & 3rd Shift 11pm-7am

Sign-on Bonus: $2,000

What You'll Be Doing:

• Pack corner posts into returnable totes and boxes in the correct orientation and quantity.
• Maintain a safe working environment; safety is your #1 priority.
• Ensure accuracy and attention to detail, including reading tape measures, performing quality checks, and identifying defects.
• Assist the operator as required.
• Stand for 6-7 hours per day.
• Overtime may be required.
