Qualifications

• Strong trainability and ownership mindset.
• Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record (MVR).
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication in English.
• Comfort using smartphones, email, workforce apps, and basic spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary right-hand operational support to the Operations Manager in daily field operations, staff coverage, and service execution.
• Conduct regular and unannounced site visits across assigned accounts to verify guard performance, post compliance, uniform standards, and site safety.
• Foster a team-oriented environment among field personnel, assist onboarding, enforce standards, and lead by example.
• Build strong, professional relationships with site managers and client contacts; address inquiries with tact and urgency.
• Assist in managing shift schedules, address open posts or attendance gaps, and resolve field emergencies efficiently.
• Respond to field issues, document site incidents, complete daily logs, and keep leadership informed with updates.
• Engage in leadership training to learn account profitability, workforce management, and full-scale account administration.
