CLEAR is seeking an Assistant Operations Manager to lead daily floor operations at the airport, reporting to the General Manager. You will spend most of your time on the floor guiding a customer-facing team, ensuring security and policy compliance, and driving service, sales, and efficiency across shifts.
You will mentor staff, manage incident responses, and coordinate briefings and rotations while representing CLEAR to stakeholders.
The Assistant Operations Manager will be a part of our airport leadership team, reporting to the General Manager and leading and driving the daily floor operations at your station.
