Laphcc is seeking an experienced Assistant Operations Manager to support daily HVAC operations, team training, and technical service. This role collaborates with the Residential Operations Manager, Dispatcher, Service Technicians, and Installers to improve performance and deliver high-quality customer service.

Responsibilities include coordinating daily operations, developing technician training programs, coaching on diagnostics, and ensuring safety and code compliance.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of residential HVAC repair and installation experience.
• Strong HVAC diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to coach, train, and support team members.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work on ladders up to 30 feet.

Job Summary
