Job Summary Assistant Operations Manager Job Description Position Overview
Our Assistant Operations Manager will be responsible for supporting day to day operations and enforcing safety regulations and company policies and procedures
● Manage fuel usage tracking and reporting ● Process and organize load tickets from vendors and clients
● Handle payment processing and financial documentation
● Assist in scheduling pickups and deliveries
● Support logistics operations and route optimization
● Prepare and deliver weekly operational reports
● Perform administrative duties as required
● Interact with customers during material receiving process
● Maintain accurate records of all operational activities
Qualifications
● Experience in operations, logistics, or administrative support
● Strong organizational and time management skills
● Proficient in data entry and record keeping
● Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team
● Detail-oriented with problem-solving capabilities
