Responsibilities

  • Manage and lead a team of 8-15 Customer Account Representatives
  • Assist in office operations, collaborating with senior management
  • Supervise staff, ensuring policy adherence
  • Conduct performance reviews and coaching
  • Support training and development within the department
  • Maximize collection potential and ensure compliance
  • Participate in recruitment and interviews
  • Coordinate with other departments for streamlined operations
  • Maintain professionalism and positive relationships
  • Uphold safety standards and perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

Education:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
  • Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

Experience:

  • 2-4 years management experience or equivalent training (required)
  • Internal candidates must demonstrate knowledge of policies
  • Support experience (preferred)

Computer Skills:

  • Typing, mouse use, basic Windows understanding

Candidate Qualities:

  • Must be 18+, self-motivated, enthusiastic
  • Ability to train, motivate, multi-task
  • Excellent oral and written communication
  • Effective listening and interpretation skills
  • Ability to work onsite and remotely with reliable internet via Ethernet
  • Home environment must be quiet and distraction-free
