Job summary

Bridges of America, Florida’s largest community re-entry provider, is seeking an Assistant Operations Facility Director at Turning Point Bridge in Pompano Beach. You will assist the Director, oversee projects, and help manage Budgets, licensure monitoring, and Department of Corrections regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 1 year of experience delivering services to residents or offenders.
• Bachelor’s degree with substitution option: 4 extra years of relevant experience may substitute for the degree.
• Strong leadership and communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee assigned work projects with the Director.
• Monitor budgets and licensure requirements and regulatory monitors.
• Participate in Department Head meetings and staff supervision.
• Ensure policies and procedures are followed and coordinate maintenance.
• Assist in administrative duties and staff oversight as needed.
